Sam Harrison
Senior Project Manager
Sam offers our clients 15+ years of experience in overseeing the management of new construction and renovation on over $140 Million dollars in commercial, publicly funded, and residential projects. His attention to detail has earned him the respect of both owners and design professionals by requiring strict adherence to specifications, plans, and schedules, and by providing timely responses to needed changes in design and scopes of work. A history of having successfully completed both Hard-bid and Construction Manager-At-Risk projects on time and within budget has made him a valuable asset to his company over the years. Included in his list of favorite projects is a four-story homeless shelter built for a non-profit in downtown Houston, a $31 Million Armed Forces Reserve Center and Joint-Vehicle Maintenance Facility, and the recently-built $23 Million Cynthia Ann Parker Elementary School. Sam is a natural leader, a team builder, and one who thrives on building consensus as a means of problem solving.“I enjoy working with a team of extraordinary and talented individuals. Each day gives us the opportunity to provide exceptional work collaboratively to develop solutions to the most complex and intricate projects.”
