Patriot oversaw all new construction on the 18.25 acre campus, including 3 state-of-the art buildings. The Armed Forces Reserve Center, which includes a joint vehicle maintenance facility for the U.S. Army Reserves and National Guard, was designed and constructed to achieve the LEED-NC Silver rating, as defined in the LEED Green Building Rating SystemTM for New Construction and Major Renovations, Version 2.2, published October 2005.

Other features include a 2.01 acre detention pond, water harvesting system, underground & overhead fuel storage containments, full power emergency generators and back-up systems and complete site security fencing & controlled access points.

Building 1: 124,000 square foot administration, communication and recruiting center

Building 2: 33,000 square foot repair center, service bays and overhead cranes for large military equipment

Building 3: 17,000 square foot extensive surveillance and global communication station.
