Jacob “Jeff” Jefferson CEO Email Jeff
Jeff recently took over the role of CEO after spending the past 14 years with Patriot Contracting as Director of Operations. His responsibilities include: business development and planning, contract negotiations, procurement of A&E services, facility assessments, construction management and design build. His past experiences include managing the general construction of major renovations and new facilities, conducting in-depth evaluations of existing and proposed facilities to formulate future bond, programming criteria for numerous school districts in the greater Houston area, completing over 100 successful projects in the capacity of project manager for two local architectural firms, and successfully negotiating contracts with the owner and architect through the value engineering process. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.
Sam Harrison Construction Project Manager
Sam Harrison has over ten years of direct experience in commercial construction. He has served on projects for the city of Houston, Houston ISD, Spring ISD and Lamar University. He also recently completed a $31 million project for the U.S. Army. He is experienced in directing all phases of construction and in CPM scheduling.
Roland Guidry Construction Project Superintendent
Roland has spent the last six years with Patriot Contractors and has over 21 years of practical industry experience. He provides diverse knowledge, experience and skills thanks to his direct involvement on a variety of projects. Roland has worked on projects for Anheuser Busch, Mont Belvieu Signature Park, the Texan Building and various other projects in and around the Houston area.
Elton Allemang Construction Project Superintendent
Elton has more than 33 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a strong focus on major commercial/institutional projects. Some of his completed projects include renovation of the Settegast Building at Carnegie Vanguard High School for H.I.S.D., Garden Villas Elementary, the Texas DOT TranStar Building, and Texas A&M at Galveston’s library located on Pelican Island.
Jerry Allen Construction Project Superintendent
Jerry has more than 32 years of experience in commercial, residential and industrial construction. Some of Jerry’s completed projects include the renovations of Gallegos Elementary School and the Houstonian Condos, as well as new projects at the Wroxton and Glainville residences and a I5-year maintenance contract at Exxon Refinery in Baytown.
